Our Story
It started with a bad experience. Our founder, Sarah Johnson, spent hours searching for a reliable hair stylist in a new city, only to be disappointed by hidden fees and poor service. The frustration was universal—friends, family, and strangers all shared similar stories. That's when we realized the beauty industry needed a trust layer. In 2023, we launched Ready Set Glow to solve this problem: verified providers, transparent pricing, and real reviews. Today, we're proud to serve 100,000+ customers and 5,000+ providers across 17 cities. Our journey is just beginning.

After a frustrating salon search in 2019, she teamed up with her co-founder to create a better way to book beauty services. Sarah holds an MBA from Stanford and is passionate about empowering women entrepreneurs. Fun fact: She's a certified yoga instructor!

Community Impact
We believe in giving back to the beauty community that fuels our platform. Through our Ready Set Glow Scholarship Fund, we've awarded $50,000 to aspiring beauty professionals pursuing cosmetology education. In partnership with local beauty schools, we offer free portfolio-building sessions for new graduates. We also donate 1% of all bookings to Beauty Gives Back, a nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence with free beauty services to rebuild confidence. To date, we've funded 500+ free services. This is just the beginning—our goal is to impact 10,000 lives by 2030.
