When you make a booking through Ready Set Glow, you enter into a contract with the service provider, not with Ready Set Glow. We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the quality of services provided. Payment is processed securely through our platform. Cancellation policies vary by provider and will be clearly displayed before booking. Refunds are subject to the provider's cancellation policy.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (1) violate any laws or regulations; (2) infringe on intellectual property rights; (3) transmit viruses or malicious code; (4) harass or abuse other users or providers; (5) use our platform for fraudulent purposes; (6) scrape or collect data without permission; or (7) interfere with the proper functioning of our platform.

Ready Set Glow provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
