You'll receive instant email and SMS confirmation with appointment details.
Yes! Many providers offer same-day bookings based on availability. Use our search filters to find providers with immediate openings. Same-day slots are marked as "Available Today" in search results. Note that popular time slots (evenings and weekends) fill up quickly, so book early when possible.
Log in to your account, go to "My Bookings," select the appointment you want to change, and click "Reschedule." You'll see the provider's available time slots. Select a new time and confirm. Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, cancellation policies may apply.
If a provider cancels your appointment, you'll receive immediate notification via email and SMS. You'll automatically receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. We'll also suggest alternative providers in your area with similar availability. Provider cancellations are rare and closely monitored for quality assurance.

Yes! You'll receive confirmation via email and SMS immediately after booking. The confirmation includes provider details, service name, date and time, total cost, and cancellation policy. You'll also receive a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. All confirmations are saved in your account under "My Bookings."
